Dosa is a perfect healthy and filling breakfast or even as a snacks. You can always keep some dosa batter ready and handy in a refigerator,so whenever required you can some quick dosa or idlis for your family.Normally,my kids don’t like idli’s, they like dosa. But I was quiet fed up of making same dosa for them like oats ,bread and plain dosa.So today, I thought of giving a twist to our normal dosa and tried this aloo masala dosa loaded with full cheese. It really turned out good and yummy , they just couldn’t stop eating.
I was quiet happy with my experiments as i also tried making cheesy sandwich dosa and maggie cheese dosa.
Do check the other two dosa varieties and share me your feedback.
