In English, the fruit Avocado was first described as an “Avagato pear” because of its pear-like shape.
It must have various names, but in Hindi it’s called ‘MakhanPhal’:) Avocado is Incredibly Nutritious
and hence I prefer preparing this dish especially for my kids once a week. Do try this yummy mind blowing guacamole at home.
I am sure you would love it.

Preparation time : 10 mins
Cook time : None
Serves: 4

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados
1/4 lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
few chopped fresh cilantro

Directions || How to prepare Avocado Guacamole.

Cut the avocados into half , discard the seed out.
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt.
Mix in onion, tomatoes and cilantro.
Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
You can serve it with nachos or any chips of your choice
you can also serve it as a side dish.

Tips :

The trick to making perfect guacamole is using good, ripe avocados.
Check for ripeness by gently pressing the outside of the avocado.
If the avocado is not ripe , it will be difficult to mash the avocado and guacamole will not taste that goodDio
