Strawberries start to ripen as early as March, you can get the juicy red berries fresh as late as October, making summer the perfect season for the most popular berry in the world.
Many people eat strawberries on ice cream, or dip them in sugar. Check out this soothing and refreshing healthy Strawberry milkshake to recharge your energy levels




1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
8 -10 ice cubes

Directions || How to prepare Strawberry milkshake

Rinse the strawberries and then drain them.

Slice off the green leafy part from all the strawberries and then chop the strawberries.

Add the chopped strawberries to a blender jar.

Add 2 cups chilled milk,add sugar as required.

Blend the milkshake till smooth.

Pour in tall glasses and serve strawberry milkshake immediately.

Add few ice cubes if required


you can also add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or strawberry ice cream and have a strawberry ice cream shake.

 Watermelon mint Juice

A watermelon contains about 6% sugar and 91% water.As with many other fruits, it is a good source of vitamin C and is low in fat.Its a cook and refreshing juice best to beat the summer heat. Try this recipe for sure.

1 medium size watermelon, peeled, deseeded and chopped

1 or 2 tbsp mint leaves/pudina

black salt as required

ice cubes (optional)

Direction | How to prepare watermelon mint juice

All the watermelon and mint leaves in a blender , please do not add water to it.

Blend it well.Pour the watermelon juice in tall glasses and sprinkle some black salt from top.

Add few ice cubes if required.

Garnish watermelon juice with some mint leaves and serve it cool.

Mango Smoothie

3 Ripe mangoes peeled and chopped
2 cup chilled milk
1 cup Yogurt
2 cup Sugar
8 -10 ice cubes if required.

Direction | How to prepare mango smoothie.

Whisk the yogurt into a smooth paste.

Add the chopped mango pieces milk and yogurt into a blender. Blend till smooth.

Add sugar and blend again.

Put some ice cubes into a glass, pour the smoothie and serve immediately.
